An award winning professional, Sangeeta Saxena straddles the worlds of public health, clinical medicine and academics. She has led India at progressively higher levels of the health system, earning her place as a seasoned technical executive at the Federal Ministry of Health. Dr Saxena successfully transitioned to an academic role in the US, where she trains the next generation of public health leaders and conducts research at the intersection of health systems and policy, equity and quality outcomes.
