Yingwei Yang, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at The University of Alabama Department of Health Science. Dr. Yang's research focuses on youth violence, adolescent suicide, racial disparity, and social disadvantage using mixed methods approach. I am particularly interested in engaging adolescents and young adults to promote community safety and advance racial equity using the photovoice methodology.
