Susan Zies, an Assistant Professor and Extension Educator in Family and Consumer Sciences, has made significant scholarly contributions during her over 30 years at Ohio State University Extension. Her journey began with a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Northern Illinois University and a master’s in education from Bowling Green State University.
