I Anam Fatima a determined PhD candidate in Public Health at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a focus on addressing healthcare workforce shortages. My current research explores the American Rescue Plan Act Scholarship Program as a model for sustainable healthcare workforce solutions, demonstrating my commitment to leadership and mentorship. With a background in nutrition and dietetics and experience in systematic reviews, I am dedicated to fostering mentorship and sustainable practices to train and support the next generation in healthcare.
