At the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), Amy supports measurement, evaluation, learning, and dissemination on the Rise to Health Coalition. Her prior work at IHI includes working to scale and spread age-friendly health care nationally. Before IHI, Amy spent seven years working with people living with dementia in memory care and support programs including directing Dementia Friendly Boston. She received her M.Sc. in Dementia from Trinity College Dublin, the only master’s program focused on dementia in the world at the time. Outside of the office, Amy believes in food justice and volunteers with her local grocery co-op and hikes with her 1-year-old.
