Dr. Kendall Lynell Moody is an Assistant Professor of Social Work at Howard University and an experienced licensed clinical social worker. His research focuses on understanding psychosocial and familial processes in individuals with chronic illnesses, particularly parenting stress and its impact on children with sickle cell disease (SCD). He has also explored biopsychosocial factors in health outcomes and conducted research on treatment adherence challenges among HIV patients. Dr. Moody is passionate about mental health and uses an interdisciplinary approach to address the complexities of mental health and chronic disease.
