I am very passionate about equity-minded interventions to address chronic diseases facing underserved communities. A recipient of the Helen P. Cleary Scholarship, I completed my MPH at Tufts School of Medicine and was inducted into the Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health. My research at Joslin Diabetes Center at Harvard Medical School on pharmacoequity, aimed to quantify the role of race on prescription of antidiabetes drugs and the greater impact on health disparities. I've presented my research findings at the 2024 APHA conference and have a manuscript under review for publication. I currently work as a Social Science Researcher at Stanford School of Medicine within the Dept. of Epidemiology and Population Health, focusing on health equity research in the epidemics of obesity, diabetes, and prostate cancer, and optimizing preventative measures.
