Dr. Mark Kelley is a professor in the Public Health Programs at Western Michigan University. Prior to coming to WMU as the director of the School of Interdisciplinary Health Programs, Mark served as a faculty member, academic program coordinator, department chair, and/or dean at six universities. Mark also served as a HIV/AIDS prevention specialist for a non-profit organization through which he trained teachers, administrators, physicians, and public health professionals in Argentina, Belarus, Fiji, Lithuania, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Russia and Tobago. His current research efforts are devoted to confirming the timeless principles of the teaching and learning process and examining issues impacting parent vaccine choices.
