Sherry Carlson is a Health Education Manager for the Washington State Department of Health, where she oversees Immunization Health Education and Watch Me Grow Washington (WMGW), a program that sends health and safety information to all parents and caregivers of children from birth to six years in Washington State. She has worked for the Department for over 18 years in various capacities. Since beginning her current role in 2020, Sherry has envisioned expanding the WMGW program beyond birth to six, to include both information for older age groups and prenatal information.
A Washington State native, Sherry received her Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education from Central Washington University and her Masters of Public Health degree from the University of Washington.
