Felicia York, Felicia N. York, PhD, MA, MBA (She/Her/Hers) is Program Coordinator II, Learning Collaborative-POPSS in Texas A&M's School of Public Health, Center for Community Health & Aging. She has the skills and experience to engage effectively with adolescents and young people. Her passion for health communication ensures clear messaging to targeted audiences. As a community-engaged researcher, she collaborates with local communities to address health equity through research and evidence-based interventions. Felicia uses culturally centered approaches to resonate with varied audiences. Her innovative use of art-based data-collection tools captures nuanced perspectives from young people. As a former church youth director, she connects deeply with youth and parents, addressing spiritual and mental health. Felicia’s multifaceted background empowers youth, promotes positive behavior, and transforms health outcomes.
