Maximo G. Madrigal (he/him/his)

Maximo Madrigal is an undergraduate student at California State University, Stanislaus. He is currently obtaining his bachelor's of science in nursing. Maximo plans to continue his education and serve his community through becoming a physician. His interests involve recognizing the importance of both clinical and public health research and practices so that he can provide the population with well-rounded, patient-centered care within inpatient settings. Maximo is a part of the Smoke and Vape Free Scholars Initiative (SVFSI) at California State University, Stanislaus. This is a cohort of students dedicated to tobacco and smoke research. SVFSI are involved with public health departments around the San Joaquin Valley and collaborate with the University of California, Merced on tobacco research in the Central Valley of California.
