Dr. Meghan E. Burroughs is an Assistant Professor of Public Health within the Department of Kinesiology at Jacksonville State University. Dr. Burroughs received her PhD in health education and promotion from The University of Alabama and is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist. Her main areas of research focus on young adult substance use and misuse, and the use and impact of social media on health and health behaviors.
