Cat Woodall Colcombe, MS, CHES, is the specialist for public health programs at the Alzheimer’s Association. In her tenure at the Association, Cat has delivered community health education programs to increase awareness of the warning signs of Alzheimer’s and how to better support those living with dementia and dementia caregivers. Cat enjoys using her background in health promotion to address dementia risk reduction across the life course to promote brain health and healthy aging. Combined with her passion due to a personal connection, Cat is dedicated to sharing the connection between chronic conditions and dementia risk.
