Alexandra Kershner is an emerging researcher with a strong interest in sexual health, wellness, and sex education. She recently completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from California State University, Los Angeles, focusing on sexual health, sex education, and the impact of the social determinants of health across diverse populations. During her studies, she explored how access to comprehensive sex education can positively influence long-term well-being. This is Kershner’s first conference abstract and she is passionate about exploring how her research will impact pedagogy in health education. Kershner is excited to contribute to advancing knowledge in sexual health and sex education and is actively pursuing opportunities for future research and collaboration.
