Misty Paschall serves as the Research and Evaluation Associate for the UAMS Center for Health Literacy. She designs and executes research and quality improvement initiatives, manages programmatic data, and provides leadership in consulting and training services.
Misty has held leadership roles with the Arkansas Department of Health in health education and community health. She also worked in training and academics at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and the University of Arkansas at Monticello.
Misty earned a BA in Communication and a MA in Adult Education. She completed a fellowship with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention with Tulane University, where she earned a master’s degree in public health. She has been a Certified Health Education Specialist since 2003.
